Incita is a workers’ cooperative co-founded by Laure Caillot, Amélie Côté and Mélissa de La Fontaine. Through the projects in which they collaborate, they wish to contribute to building a society respectful of nature and humans in which challenge rhymes with solution. A place where their values are consistent with their actions.
The zero waste approach proposed by Incita is aimed at mobilizing teams and communities through the concrete actions proposed. Stakeholders then become multipliers and have a positive influence that goes far beyond their own changes in habits. With the Incite team, you will find in one place, an offer combining both conference and training services, as well as the expertise of their strategic consulting services.
Working with the Incita team:
Collaborate with a team of inspiring women who mobilize and raise awareness among your teams with their expertise and talents as communicators and popularizers. These are essential levers to set the socio-ecological transition in motion.
Why a co-op?
We believe in a fairer, greener and more inclusive society. We want our vision to be reflected in the organization in which we operate. As women committed to the environment, we believe it is important that the structures in place facilitate horizontal management and engage stakeholders. It is this reflection that led us to co-create a workers’ cooperative, in which members take charge of their organization and collaborate to contribute to projects with a positive environmental and social impact.
Expertise: Offer quality services, by offering a comprehensive, adapted and rigorous approach.
Coherence: Apply the principles that guide the co-operative in all its activities.
Collaboration: Develop and strengthen the skills and expertise of its members.
Positive impact: Contribute to and encourage global reflection on waste reduction.
