- Corporate filings showing the organization was legally incorporated as a cooperative
- You can provide a URL indicating your cooperative incorporation with your government/local authority, membership with a national APEX, or membership with the ICA or NCBA
(CA) An Association of Cooperatives
- Internal documents outlining the registrant organization’s purpose
- A reference from one of the member-cooperatives of the association
(CC) Majority Controlled by a Cooperative
An Organization that is majority controlled by a Cooperative
- Proof of the organization’s ownership structure
- Confirmation from one of the cooperatives referenced in the above document
